The heart of the operation, Jaidyn dreamed up Homemade Bakery & Sweets and is now using the business to help fund her nursing school journey. She handles the baking, the recipes, and the love that goes into every order.
My Three Amazing Siblings — The Helping Hands
From taste-testing new flavors to helping with packaging, deliveries, pickups, and keeping the kitchen running, my siblings are the energy behind the scenes. They're the first to sample a new batch and the first to tell me if it's just right (or not).
Mom & Dad — The Support System
The backbone of it all. Mom and Dad bring years of wisdom, encouragement, and a whole lot of heavy lifting — from helping source ingredients to ensuring every order goes out on time. Their belief in this dream keeps us going.

As CEO, she sets the direction, oversees every part of the operation, and keeps us focused on our mission. As Lead Creative Baker, she develops our signature recipes, dreams up new flavors, and brings the creative spark to everything we make — from scratch-made crusts to hand-finished decorations.

Andrew, Jazmyn & Addisyn: The energy that keeps the kitchen alive. My siblings do it all — mixing, baking, and packaging fresh goods, brewing our coffee and drinks as baristas, and greeting customers with a smile as our Customer Service Specialists. They're the first to taste-test a new batch and the first to tell us if it's just right.
